This filter transmits wavelengths corresponding to the greenishblue color (cyan) used in traffic signals.
It cuts the effects of UV wavelengths so it can prevent deterioration of contrast due to fluorescence emission.
Remark:This filter has a sub-transmission band in the infrared region.
